Check access before you go

An accessible entrance is one part of a visit. The route through the building and the facilities you need deserve separate questions.

What an accessibility field tells you

G4Well only displays a positive accessibility flag when it is explicitly present in the saved business information. An explicit negative stays negative. If the field is absent or contains conflicting values, the comparison says “Not recorded”. It is never inferred from a photograph, rating or nearby business.

A listed wheelchair-accessible entrance does not establish that every room, toilet or treatment space is accessible. It also does not specify doorway widths, ramp gradients, lift dimensions, transfer arrangements or the route from the pavement. Use the label to start a conversation rather than as confirmation that a visit will work for you.

Follow the route of your visit

  1. Arrival: Ask about the nearest suitable drop-off point, parking arrangements and the route to the correct entrance.
  2. Entering: Check for steps, thresholds, door operation and any advance notice needed for assistance.
  3. Inside: Ask whether reception, changing areas and the relevant appointment room are on the same level, or whether a lift is needed.
  4. Facilities: Confirm the specific toilet, changing or seating arrangements you need.
  5. The appointment: Discuss space, equipment and support directly with the provider before booking.

Describe the requirement, not just the label

Instead of asking only whether a business is “accessible”, explain the part of the visit you need to check. Different people need different arrangements. A business might be able to provide details or photographs of the route, but do not assume that a directory image shows the entrance you will use.

Questions about communication, quieter times, seating, lighting or bringing a support person can be just as important as physical access. These details are not established by a wheelchair-entrance checkbox. Agree any arrangement in advance and confirm it for the particular appointment time.

Keep the information useful for the next visitor

If a saved detail is wrong, contact our team with the profile URL, the field and a source for the correction. Please do not submit private health information or another person's personal details. We review reports before changing the listing. A new page build does not mean that we have visited or inspected the premises.

About this guide

Published by Progressive Works Teknoloji Limited Şirketi, Türkiye. This is practical booking guidance, not medical advice or a review of an individual venue. We have not visited the listed businesses. Profile data can predate publication; a missing value means we do not know. Our information policy explains how we use sources and review corrections.
